My mom told me once that wine tasters will take a bite of celery between tasting different wines because it's a pallet cleanser and it gets the flavors out of your mouth, so you might try taking a bite of celery in between tasting these things and it might help with the overwhelming flavor buildup. Although Spencer's frequent conniption fits are very funny to watch. 😅
