We're proud to announce a new culinary partnership between Audubon G.U.L.F. and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality! In early 2023, members of Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality South Region and Audubon G.U.L.F. began a culinary partnership pilot program with a goal of understanding sustainable sourcing practices from the Gulf of Mexico. The partnership aims to educate chefs on sustainable seafood and promote the use of sustainably caught species from the Gulf in their culinary creations. Many dining halls across the South region such as Southeastern Campus Dining, Ole Miss Dining, ULM Dining Services, Louisiana Tech University Dining, and many more showcased recipes featuring wild-caught Gulf shrimp sustainable sourced from local suppliers.
