I make steampunk art and when it is BIG I use so many gears and cogs. It can get expensive. I am so glad I found you.

I thank you for this tutorial. i have an old Bible that the cover is torn and weak. The embellishment does not need to be heavy. This helps solve that problem for me. Again thank you sooooo much

You´ll find basic circle punches and decorative scissors probably in most stores that sell paper craft supplies and even in some toy stores. And from Amazon etc.
