The Dollar Tree is amazing lol The stamping polishes are normally more pigmented than regular polish to ensure a good transfer. I haven't tried Pueen myself, but have heard great things about it!! interested to see your tutorial and how well they work, I've been thinking of getting that kit myself! It has been because of you that I have been looking into stepping up my nail game. My coworkers come to me to do their fill in. Dollar tree is the place to be. I have so many things from their. On wish, you can get 500 artificial nails tips for $2. I have the same silver polish from dollar tree. It last very well. And the silver works better with a white coat.
