Ideal targets for Raid: On pull with Lust (with Time Skip): Arcane Mage UH DK Demo Lock Fire Mage/Frost Mage Bugged Bonus to Crit Damage: Havoc DH MM/Survival Hunter Ideal Uptime Spec for Motes: **Enhance Shaman (Feral Spirits CD) by far the best target due to stacking Wolves. BM Hunter (Bestial Wrath CD) - can push from 70% uptime to 100% uptime on buff.

Why wouldn't you want a shadow priest to just get as many motes as possible = PI down to sub 90 sec CD is nuts when it goes on them AND another dps

I think if the proc rate on "Mote's of Possibility" is high enough, that could introduce some incredibly cool gameplay. As you say, pairing this up with certain specs major CD's might completely change the game for them and drastically increase their damage.

It is definitely being underestimated in the community atm; I think something like Enhance esp. is a crazy good target for this effect, but it might be that the rppm is not high enough (i.e. only 2-3 per minute). If you can help an Enhance CD Wolves, you can get some pretty significant uptime and open up interesting ideas. Will have to see!

@@zaldinfox Yeah or like, Frost DK... The Frost DK tier set makes Pillar of Frost spawn a Wyrm for awesome aoe damage... If that CD was affected by the Mote's that could be really crazy.

so theres no limit on breathe of eons? seems totally bonkers if most of your raid is 2 min cd.

BoE is tied to Ebon Might (so 4 targets + yourself), so you want your Ebon Might on your top bursting DPS players when they are at the peak of their damage during your BoE window.
