August 13, 2020 Hair in refrigerator. Blue Stem Hotel Torrance. Room 209.

I saw this beautifully constructed and designed boutique hotel in the area and thought I would inquire about a stay.
I was quoted a price and decided to book a room. The patio area was beautifully decorated and everything about the building looked nice including the lobby.
When I got into my room I immediately began inspecting it, as I do this EVERYWHERE I stay.
I found hair stuck to a dirty, sticky floor next to the bed, a refrigerator with hair in it (as you see in the video) and caked-up dirt in the window sill.
This room was not to industry standards nor C.D.C. standards.
Anyone booking a room here should inspect for cleanliness FIRST.
