I'm kind of like under the impression that she doesn't read all of the letters.. For example, in her last video PO box or maybe the one before (I can't remember) she showed a girls letter who was also having a lot of problems and it was very personal, and I'm pretty sure it had her phone number on it or something like that.. But then in this video she wouldn't show a letter because it was "personal".
