hi I just discovered jumping fitness and I wonder where to start from? are there any beginning level videos on your channel or can I just go with 20mins exercises?

Welcome to the world of Jumping Fitness! 🤩 I hope you will enjoy it :)) And you can do all my sessions in easier intensity and in slower pace. Get used to exercises, memorize basic moves (Jogging, heels, rebound, side to side, etc.), keep practicing and you will be getting better every day! :)

Hello hello :-) Yes, feet should be flat. Frequent mistake is jumping on toes - but then you have less stability, cannot use all the energy from the trampoline and calves don't like it either :-)
