I am an Aqua and I've just realized that, at least for me, a lot of major changes/shifts began in the month of August. I think back to last year when my nephew passed away unexpectedly, I think back 10 years ago wen there was so much drama at my job. If Jimmy says to be prepared for a major shift...get your mind right because the change is coming and it's the change that we need regardless if we are ready for it or not.
