This is the premium house being sold by the developers hence the increase from when NHT was selling them.

Do wait whats the premium feature kmt ...no pantry...no washroom...no where for a dish wssher...no walk in closet...no linen closet....like where the vision for these homes kmt just copy and past templstes...but truth be told i would rather live old harbour than portmore feels more like country...never like portmore from morning.😊❤

@@dianjackson4546 Me understand but I also a let you know you can only take these things or leave it because if they add fencing to it, they are not going to be considerate like how you want. They would instead add another million to it and them say it is for the fencing and material and labor cost. It is a sad reality but the world is not a fair place.

I think for the future real estate videos you should spend more time show casing the property and not so much the journey. You rushed the viewing of the actual house and the camera was moving around really fast.

@@thepropertyhunters I appreciate the journey because if I know of anyone looking to purchase in JA, I can recommend your channel because you show the surrounding areas. I figured you were in a hurry to capture the house tour because it seems like there were others outside waiting to get inside to view as well. Or, you had your daughter (I think your daughter) with you and if she's anything like my son, when they're ready to go, they're ready to go 😣.
