I am just now navigating a solution to digestion problems and hormonal issues after the removal. I am going to see a nutritionist soon to see what foods to eat and stay away from. I'm recommending if you didnt already try not remove your gallbladder if not needed. if you did already take the steps thats needed to make up for not having a gallbladder before more health problems start to creep up.
