Who cares about cliche. It’s cliche for a reason, idiots. It’s effective

I believe the last part is "Rescue the beauty that's left, restore the character that's long since gone. Because these colors must never fade, this beat must carry on. We will fight to save this, we will fight to keep it alive, this is a cause worth fighting for, we will rescue and restore." Also, with the addition of the violin and trumpets this makes for a pretty epic song.

The fact that this has been out for 5 plus months and hasn't even hit 50k views shows what a sad state our music culture is in. When a song like Katy Perry's Roar, or that insufferable Royals song, can rule the charts and views, but a beautiful song by an amazing band goes without notice, that's the definition of a crying shame.

2:47 -3:02 The ONLY time I've ever heard a slip up from Matt. If you listen really closely to the hi hat he's using basically just to keep time. His hands are dead on but the hi hat "chicks" get off a couple of times and kind of stutter. Just thought I'd point it out because I'm wondering how many others have ever caught onto it
@Gala011110 жыл бұрын
Dude... the hi hat hits are on beat. They are steady, and he hits them off a few times for effect. As a drummer, I actually couldn't help myself and went along with the beat... he's on beat with everything
@Coreycp19810 жыл бұрын
its a shuffle, the way he writes is very technical if you listen to the song it sounds easy in certain parts but when you go to see him play it its very very technical making something that sounded easy very hard to play

he is right is kiiinda slips but just a bit but im sure its not accidental
@mrtalkative9110 жыл бұрын
they record each part to this multiple times. they wouldnt leave a mistake in it
@AugieSubsJrock9 жыл бұрын
windexfighter77 I'm pretty sure it's intentionally done. They record the songs in sections and do them over and over until they have the perfect one. Unless Matt said "fuck it" and didn't want to do another take (which I doubt anyone would ever do for their music recording), that was an intentional move and not a mistake left in
@Rab1dGAMER11 жыл бұрын
Throughout the whole album you can hear the tones shift between the previous albums. like in beuty in tragedy at 2:26 you hear the tone shift more to thrill seeker. while count it all as lost is a mixture of tone between the previous album, specificly constelations and messanger. While spirit breaker shares a lot from Leveler, specificly from the song carpe diem. All in all a great album none the less.

I'd say BTBAM. They're a bit more epic and prog but both are amazing choices for sure
@AugieSubsJrock10 жыл бұрын
You go to BTBAM for prog epicness that takes you to other worlds and you listen to ABR for the melodic death/metalcore that grounds you to the floor and beats you senseless with technicality. It's all about what you're going for but both of those bands are too good.

Suggestions are chosen by KZbin and Google based on what YOU are most likely to listen to. They are unique to each individual user. That's why I've got a bunch of Black Metal and "Big Think" videos as my suggestions. So, if you don't wish for KZbin to recommend "shit", I suggest you stop listening to shit.
