Found this song in the middle of my study of Jeremiah. The song references Jeremiah 31:2. So like the speaking part is the words of God through the prophet, and the shouting part is the words of God in the midst of the judgement, "making this mess a masterpiece". i know not many people will see this but fuck it here goes for the few that might need to hear it. I was depressed, an alcoholic and dealing with the death of my father and grandfather. Shit is fucking tough man, life doesn't prepare you for this or let you know how much it can affect everything around you. People expect you to move on after a few weeks or a few months. This took me years to get over. That's just me. But coming back and revisiting this song helped me a fuck ton. Knowing i wasn't alone, knowing there were others suffering in their own ways almost made me feel closer to them than most people giving me funeral messages. ' I will build you up again, you will be rebuilt.' Those words always stayed in my mind to better myself. I hope anybody going through a similar scenario as myself will persevere and make it through - if you need some guidance - I'm always one message away. Stay safe brothers and sisters.
