When my work and to do list are taking over, using a grocery delivery service has been so helpful to keep me on track. It does cost extra money, but gives me back time to focus and allows me to stay committed to healthy eating. It has been a game changer for me and my quality of life.

I do the same thing with setting up at the beginning of the month who I’m going to make plans with. It’s has helped a lot.
