We all at sometime in our lives deal with pain and the consequences of others. Things cannot be undone, as well you know. Your dad did what he felt was right at the time to protect the ones he loved. In hindsight it may not have been the right choice. I visited my daughter after she died and put some of her fav things in her coffin, I am glad I did, it also helped my husband. I agree a grave does help. Maybe you can dedicate a part of your garden in your nan's memory. Take care xx

Aww hun go for it, I'm going swimming next week and I'm not a size 10 either as you can see :) do it for the kids, I bet you will have an amazing time :) xx

Aww i dont like to see you upset, i saw a counselor after my mum died bcos it was really hard & still is. She told me to a photo of my mum in a frame and a light a candle when i want to talk to her. But theres other ways you could remember the good times and start your grieving xxx

thanks for this hun :) I have her picture on my mantle in my living room, and I talk to her and give her lavender from my garden :) xx

i wish this video had been a few days ago, i have to go swimming in the morning, 1st time in 17 years.i am no way a size 10 -12-14 . my 3 children kept asking me to take them. now i'm feeling sick , because i'm so worried and scared that the bullying will start again :-( ... ps i love your videos x
