Addicted for now by Krista and Becca Ritchie 5. Kiss the sky by Krista and Becca Ritchie 6. Hothouse flower by Krista and Becca Ritchie My favorites were the outsiders, addicted for now, and hothouse flower but I liked all of the books

I'm excited that Amanda is reading "Heartless Hunter" it is one of my favorite reads of this year. Right now I'm currently reading "Quick Silver" by Callie Hart which is soooo good. I recommend that book for anyone to read. Its giving me ACOTAR vibes.

I never read Caraval but binged the Once Upon..series. I liked it a solid 4⭐️series for me. I hope you love House of Hollow!!! The cover is beautiful!! I have the Simple Wild on my TBR too!

You don’t need to read Caraval first. You learn more about Jax in this series he is just introduced in the Caraval series. I loved them all.

I am currently working through Zodiac Academy, I am going onto book 04 so I have a feeling this month will be heavily revolved around finishing that series. I also thought God of the Woods was a thriller.. that explains why it was just an average read to me.

You do not have to read Caraval first to understand Once Upon a Broken Heart. There are appearances of characters from Caraval but that’s it. I can’t wait to hear Amanda’s thoughts on Heartless Hunter! It’s a favorite of the year for me.

I'm also in a major reading slump :(. Throughout the summer, I read so many romance books with the past and present plotline such as Happy Place, Every Summer After, and Love and Other Words and I'm so over it. It was too similar and I'm super burntout lol. But I plan to shift to spooky ooky books; no more romance for me. For September I definitely want to read The Good Sister by Sally Hepworth, The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides, His and Hers by Alice Feeney, The Women in the Window by AJ Finn, and The Locked Door by Freida McFadden.

Thanks for reviewing The Second Wife, Laura. Saves me from reading it. Amanda, I am presently reading Nosy Neighbors by Freya Sampson. It is excellent! I think it might help you out of your Reading slump. It's funny, interesting, can't put it down. Would be different for you, but I think would get you out of your slump. I want to read another by her called The Lost Ticket, sounds soooo good and interesting. Maybe if your reading tastes branched out a little, it would help. SO MANY good bks. out there!🤗. Could you think about posting the book titles and authors? Can't usually catch that I do when either of you show the bk. Didn't you use to? Thanks.
