I would remove Flare's aura and keep Gloria's, since hers has the extra effect. Replace Flare's aura with Blessing for more AoE heal or with Thunderbolt Assault for AoE dispel and a bit of damage.

Glad to see more Knighted Guard appreciation. What an absolute cracked unit in SoD on the union paths, especially with an aura to support him. Speaking of aura, you are wasting a slot with Flare. The 10% attack and 20% defense portion of Gloria’s Aura already exists, so they will not stack. Enjoyed the content as always.

@ No worries, there is an absurd number of systems in this game. In the case of auras, the secondary effects will stack, but because the 10% atk and 20% def are the same buff, they will not stack. Gloria’s 12% active attack dmg and 24% strike back reduction will work, however, because it’s a separate buff. Kind of like how Atk II replaces Atk I in your buffs. You can only have one buff active if the named type at a time. Stronger version supersedes the weaker one, an equal version just refreshes the duration.

Gloria's leader aura: 10%ATK, 20%DEF, During Acitve attack, DMG increased by 12%, DMG reduced 24% if strike back. I think it overlaps with Flare's Battle Flag of the Union: 10%ATK, 20%DEF

Not necessarily, each scenario warrants a different tactic. I’d like to post a video of a decent synergy of legendaries. Homa (unreleased character) is arguably the best support for Auguste and isn’t Union. Inanna with her act again and buffs are solid too. I also like Buttetfly for her move up and lifesteal buffs.

Hey Aungmyastoe, I’ll look into how to achieve that. I sadly don’t have her, but I tried to get her. Without actually being able to play and test her with him, it’s hard to give the best feedback possible. Her ice terrain seems good for zoning, but also hurts Auguste’s mobility. So she’d have to be on a flank or used in niche situations when you’re managing waves of enemies. Her over shield seems really nice, it requires her to be close to Auguste. In another video I use Ice Priest to zone people and buy time for Col to make solo rounds killing, but Auguste can’t do that in the same way. All in all, you may have to move away from her for Auguste. I can’t say for sure without testing first hand. Sorry for the lengthy response and I wish you the best! Keep me posted on your gameplay

im not sure , but i dont think ignore def and crit go well together with ballista nor anyone, cause ignore def attacks cant crit from what ive read i could be wrong

That’s a big deal if not. I assumed the ignore defense portion of the damage was a secondary effect separate of the attack itself. 🫣

I've given up on auguste after 140 pulls. I remember the power creep in mpq. There will always be another meta breaking char.

I really like Union but they lack a good healer, I think an Iria comp with Dantalion, Innana and the bearded old man who synergizes with Gloria + Auguste is better, 3 Iria + 2 Union and if you have Saffya , you'll still be able to exchange Auguste for her to get a comp with an assassin.

Yeah, I realized this during my Auguste pull video too. At the Tarot wheel I got an achievement for unlocking a set number of characters before I even chose my tarot. It made me sad to see that

@@Chiga-lt6vq no, there isnt, i got auguste after 30 pulls, the next 22 pulls i got gloria and another auguste, my girlfriend pull for me, sometimes when you don’t believe in your luck, you could ask someone to help, i mean we could borrow some luck 🤣

Nice! I still believe in luck and I won’t pull until my gut says it’s time. Pulling for Auguste I pulled without the “feeling” I should and I got punished. I ended up going a bit deep for him. It’s nice to be able to “borrow” luck tho 😂
