@@spacetravelery The mentioned benefit comes by chanting for several years or if you are spiritual from past birth ie you are continuing your sadhana (practice) in this birth. Aum is the sound of the universe. It is called beeja mantra in sanskrit, primordial sound from which entire universe is formed. If chanted properly for 8hours daily it can cure any disease. It resets our body as body vibrates to it's frequency. Hope I have answered your question a little bit. God bless you..!

But to avail real benefit of aum chanting, ensure that the nose bone should vibrate a little with vibration while chanting a little loud. Remember that it is not om , it is aum. Check videos on net. A little+ - wont be a problem as it is premodial sound & to there's no side effects.

Aum is only perceived within, no other way. If you are listening to this, turn your attention gradually within by focusing in the forehead and chanting aum, calmly. Pronunciation: A as is awesome, U as gum, and M is obvious. Allow your inner attention to softly chant while listening for the aum vibration to emerge. Sanskrit is specific for vowels, as each letter in the sanskrit alphabet is correlated with a specific petal in one of the spinal centers. This is how creation comes into manifestation. Creation began as an awareness. Then a thought was born of the awareness. Then from the awareness and the thought became a tongueless utterance of the three primary sounds and material creation. After that there came form as in pattern. Without a tongue one can only utter three primary sounds. AAA, UUU, MMM. With the tongue are all other sounds created from the three primary. A, U, M.. All material creation came first from vibration of the three primary. Then all forms came by way of patterning the sounds with the tongue. We exist in that realm of form which is illusory of the All. We are patterns. Like a whirlpool in the stream is us. The water forms a whirlpool in the stream, but no water remains in the whirlpool, only the form remains for a time until the current of the stream shifts. The whirlpools are you and me, the rocks, animals, plants, stars, galaxies, everything is a particular very intricate and complicated form of vibration, which is what sounds is, and light. Everything. A form, a pattern, of the material. The material flows through us and manifests the particular patterns, due to the vibrations, that we call ourselves. Sorry, it's the only way to describe this to you with the limitations of any conceptual language. We are limited to concepts when verbally describing that which exists beyond all words and concepts and thoughts and ideas. The answer to how this all came into being, to put it simply, it just did. How did the All create the material universe? Just as you don't think to beat your own heart, you just do it. Or you don't think when you heal your cuts and burns, you just do it, or think about moving your arm before you do it, you just do it. Likewise, The All just did it.

Manoj Rawat दुबारा पढो मैंने क्या लिखा है ? मैं नही कह रहा तुम सद्गुरु को ज्ञान दे रहे, मैं कह रहा तुम सद्गुरु वाला ज्ञान यहां दे रहे। इसी लिए बताया ॐ का उच्चारण करने के 136 तरीके कोई आवश्यक नही आरंभ "आ" से ही हो "ओ" से भी शुरुवात की जा सकती है। इस कारण पहले समझो फिर बोलो 😃
