To be honest, Orochi is on the level of Fushigi Yuugi deities. A deity, yes, but definitely can be beaten or killed by someone stronger. I mean this is proven many times in any Anime or Japanese fiction anyway. So in case of a powerful Dragon Ball character like Broly faces Orochi, even though how much wank the KOF fans will go for it. Orochi will always be killed by the likes of them. This is also true if Orochi faces more powerful Japanese characters like those guys in Saint Seiya, though not sure if Bronze Saints is enough to atomize Orochi. I mean for cryin' out loud if Orochi is just Gaia's Herald and it is based on Earth's life like Captain Planet then he was killed twice already in Dragon Ball since the planet was destroyed by Buu and later by Frieza.
