Welcome Addi! Great job today. I LOVE strawberry cake. It's something I look for when I go to covered dish events. I had two aunts who made amazing ones, and like your aunt, they frequently made them for family events (different sides of the family, so no competition, and I got to enjoy them at different family events). They're both gone now. but at least one of them taught her daughter how to make hers, so I do get to have it from time to time. This one looks great too. Can't wait for recipe #2 this afternoon. Thanks!

Wow, this is an amazing recipe. I've been wanting to make a strawberry cake with my white cake mix, and this is the one. I was going to make a jello poke cake. I think I'm going to try your method. Your special helper is so beautiful she even resembles you. That is just so neat that you get to work along with your granddaughter while you're baking in this video. That is a great memory made.
