As someone who bakes cheesecake all the time. I was immediately concerned when one of the aunties said its gross to add sour cream. It was obvious she wasn’t as familiar with it. Hers was definitely undercooked and not properly measured with ingredients. The aunty with the classic cheesecake kept it simple and safe. She definitely baked that herself and i think she did a pretty good job from the looks of it. The vegan one looked creative but biasly speaking, its just a vegan cake without the cheese lol

I've been making cheesecake for oever 20 years and that Oreo one definitely looks like a no bake. The first one in the bunch was the only 1 of the 3 that looked like a real cheesecake. That 3rd one...So much stuff on it, like what are you trying to hide? A good cheesecake doesn't need all those extras.

@@sweetzs100 yes! me to, I vividly remember begging my mum every time on my birthday to make her no bake Oreo cheesecake. It was seriously better than any other cheesecake I had tried :^)

To be fair, real baked cheesecake from scratch is NOT easy to make. Takes many tries to perfect especially with no cracks. So much love to all these Sistas for being brave enough to compete 🙏🏾

The only one to actually attempt to make a real authentic cheesecake was Shelby though she won to me off GP because the other two ain’t understand the assignment. Fatima probably used some sort of soy protein blended with nut milk for her vegan filling (not cheesecake). Angel’s stuff was just Oreo pudding on an Oreo crust (not nan egg was used) and that pudding went straight into the refrigerator never touched an oven. Whole episode needs to be redone with blindfolds 😂

One came with a huge pudding cup with cookies and the other forgot to add the "cheesecake" but brought a million toppings. Even with vegan products you can get a good traditional-style cheesecake.
