Fatima probably used some sort of soy protein blended with nut milk for her vegan filling (not cheesecake). Angel’s stuff was just Oreo pudding on an Oreo crust (not nan egg was used) and that pudding went straight into the refrigerator never touched an oven. Whole episode needs to be redone with blindfolds 😂

As someone who bakes cheesecake all the time. I was immediately concerned when one of the aunties said its gross to add sour cream. It was obvious she wasn’t as familiar with it. Hers was definitely undercooked and not properly measured with ingredients. The aunty with the classic cheesecake kept it simple and safe. She definitely baked that herself and i think she did a pretty good job from the looks of it. The vegan one looked creative but biasly speaking, its just a vegan cake without the cheese lol
