The dog looks starving.....so skinny. No one gives it food. The cat probably fell into the big hole by the sidewalk. No one wants to help rescue it. This lady has no compassion. She hears the crying for hours. Doesn't bother her heart. A bunch of ignorant, selfish people. Pathetic.
