Very impressive system which seems to integrate helmet lights and safety very very cleverly. Can you explain your bike riding kit? It seems to have 3-4 bits. Perhaps a video on this would help. Can lights be attached to straps?

First I thought they were doable. Have reloaded the smart lights to be certain and tried again. You really really need the push very hard on the on off to get them working

Just received my Aura and it’s a piece of nice technology that does not work. The adjustment wheel on the back of the head does not stay locked and opens by itself, not safe. Contacted customer service but no answer. Right now I cannot recommend the Aura helmet.

Maybe wait a day or two before staying something doesn't work. I'm sure you just have a faulty helmet, it happens sometimes. The support has an option to make an high priority ticket, when you might have had it on normal priority. Support have been great to me, and I'm sure they ship you out another helmet replacement. Just have a little patience.

Same as most cars and other bike lights. Yellow lights arent even considered valid as a head light in some US states.

How the fuck can you say that helmet is as safe as they come? It has a magnetic buckle. If you get hit hard enough that you really that helmet, you won't have it. It will be flying through the air in one direction, and you'll be going the other! DOUBLE D RINGS FOR LIFE! You'll rip your chin strap in two before the buckle falls.

That's a good point, though plastic buckles aren't very strong either. I think if you hit your head with the helmet at 28 mph, the helmet will press into your head first for the first big impact and then the buckle will release so maybe it doesn't matter? I hope Unit 1 can respond. On the FAQ, they say this about whether the magnetic buckle is strong: Very. It’s actually stronger than a regular buckle. That thing can withstand 65kg of load. It is worth noting that magnets bring the buckles together but the actual link that holds them together is mechanical, not magnetic

The MIPS is supposed to cause the helmet to sorta slid across your head on initial impact.@@WilbertIsRandom
