Very impressive system which seems to integrate helmet lights and safety very very cleverly. Can you explain your bike riding kit? It seems to have 3-4 bits. Perhaps a video on this would help. Can lights be attached to straps?

First I thought they were doable. Have reloaded the smart lights to be certain and tried again. You really really need the push very hard on the on off to get them working

Just received my Aura and it’s a piece of nice technology that does not work. The adjustment wheel on the back of the head does not stay locked and opens by itself, not safe. Contacted customer service but no answer. Right now I cannot recommend the Aura helmet.

Maybe wait a day or two before staying something doesn't work. I'm sure you just have a faulty helmet, it happens sometimes. The support has an option to make an high priority ticket, when you might have had it on normal priority. Support have been great to me, and I'm sure they ship you out another helmet replacement. Just have a little patience.

@@BaldmanB they replied eventually saying the issue is a known problem. Still believe in this price range there should be better quality controls in place.

Hi! Was this issue resolved? We had a small batch of fitting systems with wonky retention, fixable by a simple tightening of 1 screw (othwerise replaced). Please let us know how this evolved - happy to help over here.

Same as most cars and other bike lights. Yellow lights arent even considered valid as a head light in some US states.
