If you don't do aura cleansing regularly, sometimes it brings up emotions that you've stuffed. There is no way aura cleansing can hurt you - so I'd recommend to keep doing it regularly. You can modify the technique - there are many ways to cleanse.

You may have felt nauseousness because your solar plexus chakra opened up when you started to cleanse. Or - if your strongest psychic sense is feeling - you may have just had a strong opening. Right now I just have one other meditation on KZbin - called the Chakra Flush. More will be added before the end of the year.

I felt a definite difference....but, a little more than halfway through, I started to feel an overwhelming nauseousness. And I started to feel antsy in my gut, and my stomach started churning...then back to feeling relaxed and a peacefulness again. Is there a reason that anyone can think of as to why that happened? I usually take saltwater baths to cleanse and strengthen my energy field, and I never had this happen while doing that...I'm just curious if there is an explanation.
