Hello my name is Martin Kolt, president of Active Ventilation Products. Today i'm standing next to our 12 inch diameter roof vent the Aura Ventilator. This has a 12 inch collar. We feature now something then we haven't had before, that is a round flange.
Up until recently we were only featuring square flanges. Now we're moving to round flanges. We were requested a round flange because there was an incident on a roof where a roofer was carrying a vent with a square flange on it, and he by accident dropped the roof vent and the square flange sliced the roof.
Sad to say it was a government job and they had to replace an entire section of the roof. So we were requested to supply round flanges and we now found it. this is not on the website yet but hopefully will be in the future.
