Tales of the Abyss - Sidequest: Tales of Dragon Buster

After clearing the Star of Malkuth event with the cow-boys.

Requirements:
You must have finished the sidequest involving searching for the cow-boys.
You must have a Giant Fish Bone. You can get one in the Search Point over the small island to the right of Daath's continent.
Reward:
Luke's "Dragon Buster" title can only be obtained if you get the princess ending (you need at least a tiara/rod item to trigger it, meaning you have to avoid taking an upgraded sword/armor). It changes his outfit to resemble the weird-looking guy of the original Dragon Buster.
Play this during a second playthrough and onwards to get Luke's "Dragon Buster?" title. It gives Luke a minimal change...with a really freaky-looking mask.
The group helps Elion to complete his masterpiece, and so Luke decides to test it out. Nevertheless, he's extremely thrilled.
There are lots of things hiding in plain midair that can only be discovered by swinging the sword. If you collect the portraits, you get a group picture in the mini-game's menu.

Namco should include a minigame like this in Tales of the Rays. Getting tired of Tales of WHIStiria.

I've been playing this minigame until I got 2 of the completed portraits, tried to get the best ending (never happened), and having a lot of dying in between. ...I think I've had enough Dragon Buster to last me a long time...

I've wanted to break the game so many times because of how difficult this game is for me lol. I've somewhat recently started playing this game (because of the pandemic) on the 3DS and just have the two titles here plus the cooking titles for all but Luke and Anise to get~

I Cannot win this Mini Game! any advice on Winning it? I found a Map of the Area, But I can never find the correct Route to take. Plus I either 1. run out of time, or 2. I DIE!!! :(

+Hannah Stull When attacking, you can do a hit-and-run when swinging the sword when you swing it. That can help you dodge enemy blows from afar.
