So now I want some Chinese food. We too have several Chinese restaurants in town, but oddly enough not as many as we used to. We call them buffets. My favorite is Chicken with Garlic Sauce....so good! Great video. Stay awesome Mark.

I don't know if I've mentioned I'm an instacart shopper (it started as a means to survive covid after losing my bartender job but it's now become a life bridge) and today I had this crazy difficult order in an Asian market. I'm usually pretty good at knowing a multitude of food items but they stumped me today because they needed specific fish sauce (and they had 30 or so), soy sauce (same) and a few snack items I'd never seen so navigating the store was crazy. Prawns look 🔥🔥 I considered getting fresh noodles to make chow mein tonight but remembered I had my TV production class❤. I will live vicariously through you. 🍤🦐

You sound like you have a very interesting life Jeannie. I know what you mean there are so many kinds of sauce to choose from. I love American Chinese food. We had a Golden Dragon here in Nashville from the early nineties to the early 2000s. It was an excellent buffet. Now it's a Zaxby's and I never eat there. Lol. Great video my friend.

I was noticing that myself and I tried to not do it. I considered a plastic fork but he sweet and sour pork would have killed the tines of a plastic fork. Just want you to know I am aware of this and I thank you for tuning in....;)
