It's always funny to me that people would question or criticize what you eat, where you eat or how often. It's nobody's business! You eat what you like. You seem a very active, healthy man in his sixties. While I do think there is an obesity problem in North America, you certainly don't seem to be part of it. Eat what you like and don't think for a second you have to explain yourself to people who probably can't even cook 🤣. Thank you for another video. Fantastic way to relax!
