dear sister, firstly you should seek forgiveness from Allah and i am sure Allah will forgive you. he is so rehman and rahim al wadood the most mercifull and most forgiving and loving. and remember sister never think that Allah will not forgive you people do make mistake but the difference is muslims the loveoness of Allah make repentance. secondly try to make your routine in islamic way like pray 5 times and recite quran(only few verses in the beginning), try to learn about islam and try to give dawah. listen nasheed. if you having problem making routine of 5 time praying you can tell me i will tell you one simple trick.
