At this point, even though I have tried to count, however-much I have watched this Magnificent, Beautiful, and Meaningful Masterpiece. Just yesterday actually, (Yes, in relation) I had been working on a PC.R. project while my laptop was connected to the television. Before the project, I watched . My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic . Season 6 Episode 16 . on the television from my computer to "reenact" a special moment when I was younger and recording the song I loved most in that episode. Now, as I had thought, (and hoped for) after watching This Very Masterpiece through the TV . . . Made Me Cry Happy Tears! Just as how "The Times They Are A Changeling" did when I was younger and still.

To this day, Discord is one of my favourite characters in all of fiction. I have fond memories of cosplaying him and reading fanfics featuring him. His development, fondness for Fluttershy, and absolutely amazing comedy and silliness he brought into the show will forever stay in my heart. And what happened to him in G5 comics is just heartbreaking. Let the chaos reign forever

Yeah and it's one of the ships I am glad is confirmed to be canon. I mean so many hints, from Fluttershy blushing when he held her, heart shaped sandwich after his fingers ate one, his jealousy when she hung out with another pony. Oh and of course... Angel's comment on her wanting to MARRY discord, considering she was most vocal with animals over ponies and knew others couldn't talk to them as well, they'd be more apt to keep secrets. Later built on in Pony Life, which while not fully canon to the main series it still held elements. Made her more of a yandere there though, willing to endanger her friends just to have a chance to have Discord come to their rescue. Considering the canon nature, I do feel that if we DID have him in the Equestria Girls universe. He wouldn't have been a teacher or a janitor like some would claim, but instead an upper classman who dropped out. Played Hooky and the girls would be tasked to getting him to come back. He would end up working at a hobby shop, or possibly... A MAGIC shop. *Since it would be... Very bad if he was as old as Celestia in a world without magic* And maybe reveal that unlike other characters he would actually keep the magic he found, or had that magic for his whole life, and reveal THAT was the reason he dropped out. Was afraid his magic would go out of control, with the main 7 especially Fluttershy helping him control it with the power of friendship. With his attire being chaotic, patchwork clothes that even rarity would say "It should be hideous, but for him... It strangely works!", oh and let's say in this universe... Angel or perhaps a FEMALE bunny loved to live in a hat he keeps. *Choose a female bunny cause that would be sweet*

I'm sad that I missed the premiere, because this is a masterpiece! I love how the music progress along with the story, I love how you blend electronic with orchestral composition, it's something I love doing myself as well, and I love how everything works perfectly well together. A hybrid song like this is easy to mess up, but you managed to make each section shine. Nothing feels out of place. That drop is a total banger too. Great job! I'm excited to hear more from you. 💙

I´m so glad Aurelleah returned, I really missed her all those years, it's strange because 5/6 years ago I was only a teenager who loved his music and knew the lyrics of all his music and sometimes participated in his arts live streams, and today I´m a father of two sons and this music was the first contact of one of them with she and he really liked (its hard try to write with he in my keyboard with he saying for me put that music again )

I cannot articulate how great this is, but I'll try. I love how you reference the keepers of discord, and interweve it as aintiant history. The music was quite diverse with 2 types of transition done masterfully, first the gradual, then the instantaneous base drop transition. And the complete story was faithful to the show emotionally...complete. ❤ it. Keep up the great work 👍.

But then it shows discord and Fluttershy together again and she isn't monochrome so maybe that's another old frens' yellow feather? :D? Originally I wrote it to be a sort of bittersweet story to show the impact our actions can have on others, the importance of understanding, and a way we can try to cope with loss (focusing on keeping them alive in our hearts with the stories of their love, being glad it happened rather than sad it's over) -- but in the end it was too sad for me; especially after making the video with the slides. In the end I decided to leave it open-ended:) Thank you so much for your kind words, and I really do hope you enjoy it for many moons to come! ^^

Beginning bit is giving me some mild Aviators vibes. BTW I really feel like Discord's real origin and motives as a villain could've been explored more in the show. "God of Chaos" and "for his amusement/sustenance" were okay in the start. But seeing how he changed with Fluttershy's friendship, I think there's some deeper reason. Maybe he was first being silly to amuse other creatures, but they didn't care much about him beyond that. As he grew lonely, spiraled into depression and turned sour, he went mad. Bit like how Starlight was just a happy filly whose friend completely ignored her when he got his CM, or Tempest who was left out by the other children after her horn injury. I wonder if there are any fanfics or comics about that?

The final pic in the video shows Fluttershy not-desaturated tho so the story as I tell it is open-ended and personally I believe it would be possible for him to lend his life force to her to keep her sustained :D

That being said, this is exactly what, originally, I wrote the song about: the effect of constantly losing those close to you and how it would affect your mental state... And how no one took the time to listen and hear him about his loss, until the point he broke. But then flutterbutt came along and changed that. The end of the song was originally gonna be about "how to handle loss, by keeping their story Alive thru storytelling" but at the last minute I decided it was too sad and I retconned it to be open-ended and to hint that "their stories we will tell, we'll bring to life the love that they had displayed" in this case for discord, means that he actively infused life force into her to prolong her life :D
