Healing implies removing dark and negative low vibrational energies out of your body so Yes , it is normal to feel what is coming to the surface in the process, this is actually confirming you are releasing dense and heavy stuff. And then you feel better. My discomfort right now for example is in the solar plexus, it felt blocked at the beginning and then slowly feeling less and less heavy until finally feeling totally cleared!!
