Why do they not say thank you for flying with Aurigny, They seems to just be saying "Service" instead

though commonly known as aurigny, its official name is "aurigny air services limited"

Well there still called Aurigny as in its the word for Alderney in French but year still its called Aurigny anyways okay I know my planes okay??? Hummm?
