Hi Shiv, I don't know when you started having these problems, but I've learned a lot about postpartum depression lately. Maybe it is worth consulting a specialist and finding out if it has touched you? I think there is still little talk about it, despite the fact that it may affect up to 20% of all women after childbirth, even if their previous pregnancies did not end in depression. I believe it's worth checking it out. I keep my fingers crossed for you, I wish you good health and all the best to you and your family!

Great idea for Mark to move. A few other things that might help would be a security camera for the door like Ring Doorbell, or an alarm. A class on self defense and some pepper spray might help too. Whatever makes Mark feel safer. There is nothing like having your home broken into (I've had that), but to then be shot is awful. I hope they caught the person who did it. Nice job Aurikatariina! Good luck Mark.

As a former smoker I would like to give the tip to not smoke in the apartment. It can be very dangerous. Many people die in fires every year that they caused from their cigarette smoking. I was so shocked to see the burn marks in this video. He's a very lucky man to have you help him - of course his story is traumatic. It sound like PTSD and I hope he gets some psychological help. All the best to him!!!

The burned cigarette smell will never leave the apartment... And he was probably shot cause he was owning money or something like that. Who knows, these life stories are one-sided. But the cleaner girl is amazing at her profession
@mimimimimi9282 жыл бұрын
@@usagi_t There is actually an easy way to (mostly) get rid of cigarette smell :) mix some high concentrate vinegar (regular is fine too) with water and bring it to a boil. pour the hot liquid in bowls and place throughout the apartment. The vinegar vapour will bond with the smokey smell and it will dissipate with the vinegar fumes. If it's a one-room apartment, you can just let the mixture simmer on the stove for a while. Just be sure to wear protection, since the vapours can irritate your eyes and lungs, and thoroughly ventilate the room(s) afterward. This can be repeated as needed. Any fabrics should be washed at a high temperature, or replaced. It can also help to clean the walls with vinegar and/or give them a fresh coat of paint. I also wouldn't assume that Marc was shot because he owed money. Whoever broke into his home might have had other reasons. Maybe they didn't think anybody was home and were scared he would remember their face. Maybe they were just violent and looking to hurt someone. We don't know the whole story, and as far as we know, Marc is the victim here. We shouldn't seek to blame him for what happened.

I wish our bathrooms were like that in apartments here in the U.S.. It just makes more sense to have tile and a hand held water hose, so much easier to clean!!!
@mikebashford81982 жыл бұрын
The 'hand held water hose' is actually an additional cleaning tool used after toilet paper. I'm struggling to express this politely! I live in the UK, I've travelled extensively, they are common in Asia, particularly in Islamic countries, I've only seen them in Finland and Estonia in Europe. I believe the correct term is 'Bidet Shower' - take a look at the Wikipedia article for it. I've also heard it called a bum gun or a butt gun.

That's why it ISN'T like that in 'Murika, because it actually makes sense.

It's probably cheaper for the builders not having to put in a drain in the floors and tile the whole bathroom, and there are no laws regulating it (in Sweden bathroom floors have to have a drain, to limit the risk of water damage if someone leaves a tap running, according to the law, and I think it's the same in Finland), so there will probably not be any changes in US bathrooms. What's best, cheapest, makes the most money for the companies will always trump what's best for the people in the US.

Auri, I've always wondered why you don't use a handheld squigee to remove soap from surfaces, like when you use dish soap on the counter, before you wipe it with a cloth. So much easier!

You are a very special person. Thanks for making these videos and helping people. As someone who struggles with mental illnesses and back pain it’s very hard to keep my place clean. I don’t have friends or family so no one to help me and I can’t afford any help cause I’m on disability income and it’s a lot of work for me to do alone. These video encourage me to do a little at a time even if it takes a while. Your warm voice and none judgmental attitude and bubbly personality is encouraging. Thank you for helping people and please keep making these videos

Excellent job as usual. I hope Mark is doing well in his new home. I have severe anxiety and I found that therapy was very helpful. We all deserve to feel safe in our homes and to live happy lives.

Auri is so different than most of the world..."it was an unknown number, so I picked it up..." Never in my life have I done that unless I was expecting a call from someone whose number I didn't already have.🙈 She's such a sweetheart.
