AURORA is in a class by herself -- perhaps she opens a portal to another dimension! She just takes me to another place!

She is simply magical! Silja Sol is the back up singer/guitarist

Such a powerful, emotional song. She relays the trauma and tragedy like no other.

I LOVE your thoughts at the end : " I love her voice , I love watching her sing , I love her awkwardness , I love her socks ...."

Aurora is the best. Unique and special artist. Try "Heathens" live performance

Nice reaction 👍 This song is so beautiful, but also very sad. It’s possibly about rape, but most certainly murder. In the end she comes back to haunt him 💔 “It Happened Quiet’ and ‘Churchyard’ - which is about someone that is stronger… a grown up with a child, a teacher with a student - someone that takes advantage of their power and uses it in the wrong way. It’s inspired by domestic violence.” AURORA Could you please react to a more upbeat Aurora with the song: “The Seed” official video It’s a cry for Mother Earth 🌍 A powerful song and music video, and in my opinion one of her best songs (it’s difficult to write that, cause I love all her songs 😅❤️) ✌️🌍❤️

She radiates magic in what she does. The stars, or the fates, or dna aligned to produce someone uniquely capable of connection. When I first experienced her music I thought, that's amazing but I wouldn't be surprised if in conversation she was a complete space cadet. That she might not interact well in that way, but I couldn't have been more wrong. She is definitely weird (just like her fans), but highly intelligent, and insightful, and usually several steps ahead of interviewers.

My favorite performance for this song (but there is also great in Nidarosdomen). When I listen to her songs it is always the same: as I would be transported somewhere or under some spell, she just get my full attention :). Dont know how it works, but probably her beautiful music and voice + her expressiveness make this :).

I was glad you enjoyed the Jimmy Barnes song, he is a solo rock singer and also been the frontman for cold chisel during the 70s and early 80s. There final show was to be in 1983 but since 1998 they have recorded albums and toured on and off, more frequently in the past decade while maintaining his solo career. On the final night of their what was supposed to be last ever show together in 83 they did a crazy, manic performance of the song Wild Thing, it was the Last Stand tour. His scream you enjoyed at the end of Flesh And Blood is his signature that makes people keep going to his shows, that type of singing really can make a show as exciting as any loud guitar could. The audio on the Wild Thing Cold Chisel video is muffled, but I think you may enjoy it. :)

Hi Marty, if you jump from Decapitated to Aurora you have to be so darn eclectic! My tastes went from Suede to Carcass, now i listen to a completely different kind of music. Stay well and if you are in a strange melancholic mood, as i am now, listen to ColdWorld, the metal band not the other one, i suggest you three songs : Tortured by solitude, My dead bryde and This empty Life. Ciao

I just listened to the first 10 seconds of Tortured By Solitude. Is that a violin we’re starting with? I’m already hooked.

I just like it for the Leonard cohen's harmony's influence. These are themes that please me. But i'm not fond of the singer whose voice is a kind of copy of Bjork, and kind of Crunberries's band singer sometimes. Don't really like his voice. I nearly prefer the guitarist voice. This just my advice. The melody is nice, no more.
