To counteract all the comments being annoying about her monotone delivery, I do like how she gets more expressive when talking to Ornn or is being curious or getting excited about little things. ❤ Gives a little more insight into her personality and reflects the experience of some people who are neurodivergent. I think its neat.

I love how simple she is. I can appreciate a champion that seems to have normal interactions with champions and isn't edgy or sad or whatever in its entire personality. Add to this the fact that she doesn't have any voice filters and she seems like a relatively relaxing champion to play. If only we weren't talking about a League character of course.

This was going along with the anima squad skin line release where Aurora is interested in Primordian Briar’s nature. So it’s more of a reflection of that. Briar is… an aberration. A thing not born but created, so whether or not she has a spirit and if it’s anything like a normal one is questionable.

@@hattrihanzo3595 Personally I pronounce the '-one' part as 'own' only because I read about him in lore before he became a champion, and that's just how everyone thought it was pronounced at the time until they corrected it in LoR and later in LoL. I tried pronouncing it the correct way, but it just never stuck with me for some reason. I still use the two pronunciations interchangeably, though I still stick to the old habit more often than not.

@@jsc1jake512not everyone thought it was pronounced that way. He’s from Ionia, the clearly Asian inspired region, so most people immediately intuited that the syllables in his name would be pronounced like “yo-ne”.

@@123silverslash Oh I know all that now, sure, but I didn't exactly know it back when I first read about him and it's not like there was an accent mark to help me along either, though I did watch Necrit back then and I remember him pronouncing it the way I did before the correct pronunciation was given in LoR Of course, not to say my experience encapsulates the entirety of the fanbase's who knew about Yone before his release, just my assumption is all, really, since many watched Necrit during that time.
