How fast is this thing for video stabilization tasks?

Also slow down the pacing. The script isn't a one take race to the end. I feel like none of you wanted to make this video but are being forced to kicking and screaming. Edit: Wow its litterly in the video can you hear the subtext. "Get out we have work to go go go"

That's a lot of piping! Thanks for the tour!

This is cool! I like seeing what a computer like this looks like from the inside

Will the Aurora cabinet doors stay open to get in some additional passive cooling, or will it be like Frontier when they're only gonna be opened for hardware maintenance?
@Kurdain6 ай бұрын
Zero reason for the doors to be open/removed other than it looks neat from a display perspective, everything in the entire system is water cooled, power supplies, blades, switches - everything - zero air flow in any device/system/chassis.

This system was ranked #2 on the Top 500 HPC list from Nov '23 with about half the system in function, very impressive!!!

And that was only running at half capacity!

That's an old sample they are using for the display version. :D CPU, GPU AND memory, network cards and system boards are all water cooled, there is zero air flow through these chassis; the switches are also all water cooled. I was the only person outside HPE that could break these blades down and rebuild from scratch with any upgrade, at least up to a year ago. Tried stabilizing the video, I have to crop so much of it to get the shake out that it looks far too zoomed in.

Can you tell where the storage is located ? I didnt see any local SSDs.
@davedemarle66012 ай бұрын
@@prashanthb6521 It has an auxiliary system, built out of Optane, that is tightly integrated and organized via DAOS.

Please use camera stabilization! This video really needs work.

It’s fine. Didn’t mommy ever tell ya, “if you ain’t got something good to say, shut the F up?” 😀

It's not the camera, it's a shortage of computing power for the editing process. Time is money! 😂🤣 😂

My brain hurts while watching this video with all the camera shake and focus issues. I wish they would invest more on the video production for such a nice HPC system and a data center.

The machine's GPUs have 7.2 million Ray Tracing Units which can be used for rendering, so maybe.

I wish they'd stop forcing women into every part of the industry and directly discriminating against the men who actually designed and built these computers.
