I think so.. but more of a solar beam build since you're very squishy... For petal dance, you get the most out of scarf + spoon + resguard*/FB/Buddy since the stun you get is all you need in chasing scenarios the CDR does the rest! for Emblems just run standard CDR or bulk, hope that helps!
