That original cast was perfect in every conceivable way-and when you add in Aronson’s amazing production design, Prince’s direction and Bennett’s choreography- it just came together in a way you only hit once in a generation. Great to see them all here, although a sad reminder how many we’ve lost. The perfect tribute-thank you as always Spiderwoman!

Those who did not see "Company" with all of the elements you mention above can never quite know how electric, funny, and thrilling the show was when it first arrived. The book has never played as well without the first Broadway cast and Prince's direction.

Thank you so much for the wonderful video! A really great way to celebrate Mr Sondheim - who does indeed stay the same while we all age. One could think of him as the Seagrams Building, a true and beloved landmark of New York. I know there's also the opening number from this footage, I'd love to see it someday. I am a little disappointed however that not even this of the three films of this performance caught Ms Stritch's antics with the little hand drum though!

This is GREAT! My favorite part is Barbara Barrie doing a cartwheel at the age of 62. Like everyone else, I'm struck by how many of the performers have died. RIP, everyone.

It’s a shame that Stephen’s birthday has been spoiled by this disease I imagine that the West Side Story and Company revivals had something planned what we need to hope is that Rosie does something for him on that streamed special she’s doing.

A NY native, I was living in Chicago in April ‘93. The Beaumont was sold out, of course. Phil, of Phil’s Ticket Service in Jersey-in Fort Lee, I think-said it would be impossible. I said try. He called back. Front row but it’s gonna cost ya. Two tickets @ $300 per. Worth every penny. I still have-in mint condition-the purple baseball cap with orange Company type: “does anyone still wear a hat?”

For the love of God, is there a possibility to see this complete NY version? I saw the Longe Beach version, but the NY version is better, in my opinion. I would at least like to see "Not Getting Married Today".
