Because models are supposed to highlight the product, not the other way around. Unnecessary movements distract audiences from the product itself, that's why top brands don't do this. The audiences aren't present to see how hot or fun the models are, they're there to see the products being worn properly by the models. The shirt take off, the upper body poses and attractions take the attention off of the product and instead people would see what's going on on the upper half of the body that is seeking their attention...it defeats their purpose.
