Painfully sad loosing a car thank goodness for the improvements in safety giving the drivers best change to survival deadly crashes .

To a point i agree, but the car is designed for two things. #1 to be as quick and fast as possible, or consistent on the dial in #2. protect the driver watching it on the vid, it's not that bad maybe a front half and Sheetmetal fiberglass or CF. Yes it costs, but as opposed to losing a life, it's a small price

I Watched this happen! It was crazy I do believe that this was one of the worst crashes that has ever happened here. Bummer about the car but I'm glad he was ok. 👍

Such a safe car,,,,,,,,,crashes for no real reason, doors fall off in a simple roll and catches fore because the fuel tank is the front bumper. What could go wrong?

Driver was contained in the safety cell/rollcage, got out of the car and walked away. That is what makes a safe car. Obviously your first time watching drag racing?

Safe car - TRUE Driver walked away. ~4,000 hp, too much power applied at the big end causing tires to spin at around 200 mph, does not equal "crashes for no real reason." Door falls off due to impact with wall.

@@mikejones8866 Not 4000. B/Altered more like about 1100 but your point is valid. That style of car has very little rear downforce and will go around very quickly if the rear gets even just a little loose.
