Love the vid! Rhyl is pronounced Wr•ill same wr sound like at the start of Wrexham and just add ill as in "I'm sick or ill" at the end. Fun fact Anglesey and Holyhead are there English names. Ynys Mon is the Welsh name for Anglesey and Caergybi is Holyhead. It's a beautiful language with a lot of stereotypes about how it's all choking sounds, however the Welsh language has some of the most poetic ways of expression that is not easy to match in other languages. Ohh and I'm a pure blood Englishman before you ask :D

I am a first language welsh speaker from the town of Cradigan or Aberteifi in welsh. The Cardigan bay is named after Cardigan due to the town having the largest port in the UK at a point in the past, dealing wool, wood, slate and crops all across the world.

@@degrotemarc9359 why Wales is not a country in the normal sense of the word is because when Edward the first conquered wales he annexed it and installed his son as the reigning monarch. This meant that Wales keeps its monarchy (the prince of wales who is always the next in line to the throne) while being under the jurisdiction of England, making it a principality of England and not its own full country. Of course this has changed in the modern age as Wales has now got its own government to handle local policy while the central government in westminister handles kingdom-wide policy, so these days Wales is as much a country as Scotland, but still maintains the official title of a principality
