Honestly felt like Core threw that on purpose based on every other match I've seen, next Octagon you should give point bonuses for wiping out the top 5 players with highest points so far, allowing lower point players to make a better comeback.

I don't know about y'all but core definitely saw the Wynguard rangers walking towards his king but he still decides to just stand right there and not move even to the other side? It's also annoying that Puppy being as good and renowned as he is in FFAs is just always let alone to chill while everyone is busy trying to get their one point and he comes out on top at the end. Baltune could've done serious damage to Puppypaw if not downright kill him for going three TCs if he had attacked him instead of Whamen. I just think it's common sense to attack the the Top 1 Player in the tournament who's going three TC's than attacking someone who barely has any points and rushing castle.

Whamen is conqI. Why in the love of god would he attack the best ffa player (playing a highly defensive civ) and not her for a quick feudal age kill. You kill her super fast, if he went for puppypaw by the time he would've killed him someone else would've already killed them both.

Im legit getting tilted every time i watch these games. This Whamen player is out within 15 minutes every game, like why are you even in the competition? Core and Faye fighting for 15 minutes and not thinking, wait what is Puppy up to?

They pick on the low ranked players to get a quick 50 pop - even when they are nearer to other players, but as Drongo said Whamens position made it predictable that she was booming. If it was Puppypaw down south players would be aware that it would take 3x as long to finish him off. To be fair Faye did the best she could in a no win situation and caught Core off guard. The only bad decision making was Core as he had the pop and could have used it to squeeze the map rather than picking a fight.

@@wbunnage If you KNOW you're going to get attacked early, STILL make no units, no defensive structures for your vils, AND try to fast castle.... you're a fool. I'm a terrible player, but you would walk into my base, see 4 towers for vils to hide in, and 20 spearmen, just so I wasn't an easy 50 pop for the first person that arrived with 5-10 cav.

Drongo, please hide the names. The lowest level players being targeted first every game isn't fun to watch. It feels like bullying. I think either hiding the name or incentives to target the best player should be added. More points if they are above you on the current scoreboard or something like that.
