Loved this game but stepped away for a long time and now way behind. You should make a "Welcome Back: Tutorial Video" where you basically give an update on the Basics and Current Metas and A brief explanation of what's changed from the start of the game to now. Basically a beginners guide to picking the game back up. That would be dope. Just a suggestion. Awesome stuff. Your videos are what keep me interested in the game. Keep up the awesome work!

For those who don't know, that ID: pig man(GG bond)is a Chinese cartoon which is really popular few years ago, the status is similar to Mickey Mouse's status in the U.S. Although I haven't watched this animation for a long time either, but I'm sure it's a nice childhood memory for all of us born after 2000 in China All the names have a story behind them.

you need windows to have boiling oil and a boiling pc... you throw boiling oil out windows just like we throw out windows 11 and reinstall windows 10... throw windows 11 into boiling oil then throw the oil out the window... windows 11 leaks more oil than an aoe4 keep with windows... windows 11 was boiled in oil so it would run smoother... you can't keep a windows pc running like a well oiled machine because aoe4 players keep throwing the oil out of the windows!!! ... if you throw boiling oil out a window it will crash to the ground like windows 11... i keep putting oil in my pc cooler but windows keeps throwing it out of it's windows... using windows 11 is like being boiled alive in oil and thrown out the window... unlike windows 11 if you dump oil out a window you might actually accomplish something... you need windows to use boiling oil because bill gates said so... you need windows to use boiling oil because it's in the terms of service you didn't read... you need windows to use boiling oil because you didn't create a microsoft account... boiling oil throw out windows is not as deadly as sorting files in windows... pouring oil out a window is like windows file manager indexing a folder.. they are both slow as molasses... (note under folder properties, on customize tab, change to optimize this folder for documents not general items and it will speed up indexing bigtime, check include subfolders if needed)

I think it rarely gets used because people don't tend to want to use knights or maa against French therefore there's no reason to make arbs

I would have thought that their melee armor and gambesons would make spearmen ineffective, and crossbow stirrups and keep influence makes arbaletrier just better and cheaper (with keep influence) than regular crossbows. Can't say I've ever seen mass arbaletrier against crossbow-spear though. I suppose I could see Abbasid doing well using that composition with Boot Camp.

@@StartCodonUST well if it were vanilla crossbow springald vs crossbow spear then it would be a wipe in favour of the latter but I guess with all those upgrades and civ bonus's there could be a case for it but it's very quirky, lacks mobility and has next to zero siege ability.

@@chrisnewtownnsw Ah, that makes sense. Yeah, I guess its effectiveness would be affected by what comp you'd be transitioning from and what you've pushed the opponent to train. I tend to struggle at micro-ing a diverse siege composition anyway, so only working with just springalds simplifies the situation and would make it easier for me to micro and kite the arbs as needed.

@@StartCodonUST here's a tip I figured out for myself. Any and all army comps of 2 or more mixes can all be countered by one of three main compositions. 1. maa archer 2. crossbow spear and 3. knight horsemen. *horsmen are interchangeable with mangonel and xbow with hand cannoneer.
