Although I hate that it’s basically 3 different drinks, Tom’s is the most practical. But I also think this depends on how drunk you got the night before. Because if you threw up at the end of the night, anything with meat, egg, or dairy would make me nauseous. I just want coffee, painkillers, and toast with almond or peanut butter with sliced banana. Simple.

I don't really get hangovers, but when i do... it's a glass of two aspirin and 2 berocca then about 45 minutes in a bath shower then get out and have a beer and start all over again... or I used to get up and get a Captn Morgan's Morning Rum (what one of my friends called it as he's the one who saw me do it) and a sink bath (wash face head and shoulders) and start all over again. Just tell the body it's not over yet get back in the saddle.

Im in my forties now so i take great strides to avoid hangovers now. My pre-game is acetaminophen, electrolytes, and water 😂😂 Buuuut, when i was Sybill's age and was a functional drunk, my hangover cure was a huge whopper or something equivalent and a large slurpee.

You should not take acetaminophen and alcohol together it can lead to liver failure. Even the next morning if you have alcohol in your system and mix them it can cause liver damage.

Never had a hangover due to my tried and true method. Large McDonald’s coke after drinking. Chug 500ml of water before bed + bring another 500ml of water to chug upon waking up. Add a greasy brekkie of either a full English or McDonald’s McMuffin and you’ll be grand👍🏾
