As this is all about chillies basically, still from central America, and loads of different fruits and vegetables, they gave the world, thing I didn't find in this amusing video, was that nobody bothered to give a feedback on the origins of the recipes, I gather nobody knows, but if they enjoy it. Fine. The chickens are free-range I hope ? I know that in ZA, I use that not to confound you with another horrible country, you have ostrich farmers. It doesn't mean that you have to have huge farms. Sell, a bit, premium price. And don't eat too much meat. I like that you love spinach too. Stay well !
