Saw them in NorCal, the night before Scott had a stroke, though with the killer Linda Pitmon on drums. One of the top five rock shows I've seen in 45 years of concert going. Just insanely great musicianship, and LOUD.

This is about Johnny Thunders (former New york Doll) who called himself Johnny Volume for a short while before he was a well known figure.
