Can we please talk about how austin DEFINITELY trained longer than 3 months? We see him on his channel & Instagram talking about it months before this fight. I doubt he was in training camp, but he definitely started boxing longer. The last point is so valid. if you want to start boxing , don't work on anything, the only thing you should worry before heading to a boxing gym is your cardio. (running skipping etc) because if you try and learn by yourself even a little you then have to forget that muscle memory and it'll take longer for you to get the right technique or whatever
