One of the worst BS ships in the game... No cooldown on standard reload even when the 'burst fire' is on cooldown...? Is that correct? Ridiculous...

Not really, It's paper. Can delete it even in another cruiser, You got to know how to play this ship as it's very situational, relies on team mates providing intelligence and smoke, or you just get lucky enough to have an enemy potato team.

It is not a burst fire mode, it's a reload booster consumable. They are not the same thing
