Miranda Lambert, Jack Ingram and Jon Randall talk with ACL Executive Producer Terry Lickona following their performance on Austin City Limitts. The trio discuss how their friendship, songwriting process and travels to Marfa, TX, inspired their release, The Marfa Tapes.

This is one of the most special and beautiful albums I've ever heard. Really touches my heart. I also love the production or actually, lack of production. So raw, real, and in the moment. This makes me want to go to Marfa!

Thank you covid, heartbreaks, & Ms Liz for bringing these 3 some escape and gorgeous sceenery and passion to write 1 of my top favorite albums. Jack is so funny. He reminds me of my oldest brother. Jon is so much like my baby brother. All the girls love him cause he's this sweet teddy bear. "Mrs." Miranda for introducing me to these 2 guys. Don't you love having brothers? I say all girls need a brother and I got lucky and got 2! Please keep taking a little Marfa time gang.
