Simple answer, compensate the lack of funding with great ideas and skills. Decent developers will work with you only if you're decent yourself. If you're a beginner with big dreams, I am sorry. Personally I am not very social and prefer to work alone and I have worked in a team a couple times because friends invited me. Each time they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. A huge red flag is if the team you're invited to consists only of builders, they could be good but ask to see their creations because often times they aren't good builders and that's their job because they have no idea how to do anything else.

This is actually smart, for a while i just made friends with people and they offered to work for free and try help the games get going. Im really lucky to find people like those, its just they quit alot lol. I might start doing this.

with the sizing, isn't it possible to just possible to force height? like on smaller bikes it is the normal height, once u get to bigger bikes it increases a bit? so people have their own avatars but the height just changes ever so slightly

Best thing you can do if you're broke and want to create a game is to just do allot of the work yourself, its not exactly easy but its a means to an end

Im not RoBuilder, but usually what I do is play games of the same genre/type of my game and I play but at the same time i look at any ideas i would like to try in my game and upgrade/modify, this process usually takes me a week and then i randomly get motivation lol

Learn. SKILLS. If you're broke- chances are this is your first game. In that case, don't waste money on hiring. Your first game is not your best! Try learning new skills and making a game all by yourself instead first.
